Title:Field Monitor

Location: Mt Darwin (2), Hwange (2)

Report To:Field Officer

Purpose of the Position:Facilitate the implementation of FFA programmein the wards of operation according to Donor and World Vision standards and guidelines.

Major Accountabilities/Responsibilities:

• Facilitate identification, registration, and verification of beneficiaries, implementing and monitoring programs in prescribed wards according to donor standards.
• Ensure that the commodities are managed and accounted for according to World Vision and donor standards.
• Distribute of food and non food commodities to the beneficiaries.
• Coordinate and liase with the stakeholders at ward level.
• Facilitate information sharing with communities and stakeholders about World Vision and its programs.
• Prepare relevant program reports and submit them to the field officer.
• Uphold humanitarian accountability standards.
• Identify training needs and facilitate training for the community.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Diploma in Civil/Agricultural Engineering or any equivalevant qualification
• Ability to speak local languages.
• In-depth knowledge of humanitarian work.
• Ability to manage and account for commodities.
• Be a team player.
